Transpiration 3 astuces simples pour la combattre

Mes audacieuses, j’ose tout pour vous, parlons d’un sujet inavouable la transpiration ! Vous êtes comme moi ? Vos problèmes de transpiration vous stressent : traces sous les aisselles, parfois même une petite odeur non maîtrisée, visage qui dégouline, pieds et mains moites. Et quand vous avez le bonheur de porter des robes, vous gagnez en fin de journée un entrejambe tout irritée ! J’adore les sujets hyper glamour.

Astuce 1 : maîtrisez son type de peau

Pourquoi ? En soignant bien votre peau, vous allez enlever l’excès de sébum, de transpiration, de traces de pollution.

Comment ? En utilisant les bons produits, adaptés à votre type de peau (hydrolats, crèmes, fond de teint, poudre …);  vous apporterez la réponse quotidienne pour que votre peau soit la plus belle possible (pores resserrés, diminution naturelle de la transpiration et du sébum).

Comment définir votre type de peau ?

Observer votre visage lorsqu’il est démaquillé et nettoyé.

Si vous avez régulièrement des boutons ou des points noirs; que le grain de votre peau est épais, irrégulier et que les pores de votre visage sont très visibles et dilatés, et ce sur l’ensemble du visage. Si votre teint est brouillé, terne plus ou moins brillant. Vous avez certainement la peau grasse.

Si en revanche, ces pores dilatés ne se localisent que sur la zone T (front, nez, menton) et que vous voyez parfois apparaître de légères rougeurs sur les joues, notamment après la douche, vous avez surement la peau mixte.

Si vous avez la peau qui tiraille facilement, très fine, sensible et fragile et que votre teint est souvent clair et manque d’éclat. Vous avez sans doute la peau sèche.

Vous avez la peau douce au toucher, uniforme et sans imperfection apparente.Si votre teint est lumineux, uniforme clair et légèrement rosé, vous avez la peau normale.

Astuce 2 : maîtrisez votre transpiration avec 1 geste simple au quotidien

En talquant toutes les zones qui vous gênent après votre douche ou après avoir mis votre crème corporelle, vous aurez sur votre corps un anti-transpirant naturel et efficace et vous ne vivrez plus cette douce et amère rengaine.

« Allez, je vous la fais, on se prépare avant de sortir pour être la plus belle pour aller danser ou travailler lalala mais il suffit qu’un élément extérieur nous stresse et là c’est le drame. Fini le super maquillage de star, la coiffure choucroute comme Amy winehouse et bonjour aux baleines du soutien-gorge qui collent, aux auréoles sous notre super haut qui ne montrait jusqu’à lors que le meilleur de nous-même, et je ne parle pas de l’inconfort des mains moites lorsque l’on doit serrer celle de notre PDG. »

Astuce 3 : prévoir votre kit « fraîcheur/Bonheur »

J’en parle avec humour mais il faut savoir qu’une personne sur cinq en souffre en France, en particulier chez les personnes en surpoids, la transpiration est un vrai complexe et une situation de vie très difficile à gérer au quotidien.
